Symptoms:I would like to know if my Unity subscription will automatically renew after my 12-month subscription has finished.My subscription contract is coming to an end.Cause:You may want to ensure that your subscription will continue or cancel after your last payment.Resolution:Important: Unity Plus licenses do not automatically renew and do not have an option to schedule their renewal.Subscriptions purchased before June 1, 2020, automatically renew to a ‘flexible’ contract, which means you can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions purchased after June 1, 2020, automatically renew for another 12-month contract. If you have purchased your subscription through direct contact with our Sales team, these do not automatically renew unless previously agreed. You must speak to your Unity Client Partner directly to arrange a renewal. If you do not want your subscription to renew at the end of your commitment period, you can cancel before the last contracted bill date. You can do this via the instructions outlined in the article 'How do I cancel my subscription?'If you choose to allow your subscription to renew, you can make changes to the subscription in advance, such as selecting a different payment plan within your subscription management page.
