Chart panning is used when you want to see older data than what is initially shown on the chart. To pan the chart, position your cursor on the main chart pane and drag and drop the data to the left or the right. To reset a chart that's been panned, look for the double arrows at the very bottom right portion of the chart. Clicking these arrows will return the chart to the initial setting. Chart zooming allows you to enlarge a section of the chart. Use the "+ magnifier" icon in the toolbar docked to the left of the chart, then drag and drop on the area you wish to expand. Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I just did a sync from my Mac mini to my iPhone 7 and cannot understand the iCloud duplicate songs on my iPhone. The steps I took to sync were to download my iTunes library (onto Mac mini) and that was fine, not duplicates, no iCloud symbols. I then synced my iPhone with the Mac mini and said yes (on iPhone 7) to erasing current content on iPhone and yes to merging content. After syncing...my iPhone 7 library looks exactly the same as it did before the sync, meaning duplicate songs with iCloud symbols and the same song no iCloud symbol? I am really confused about iCloud and how it seems to relate differently to each device. Please is there anyone who can shed light onto this situation of duplicates on devices not being updated? Thanks so much for your insight. Mac mini, Mac OS 9.2.x, itunes and syncing devices Posted on Mar 12, 2017 9:34 AM Posted on Mar 13, 2017 10:58 AM Good afternoon chicaMc, Thanks for your question. If I understand your issue, the reason you are seeing duplicates is because you chose the "Merge" option instead of "Replace" when you synced your iTunes library to your iPhone. The songs that you are seeing with the iCloud symbol are songs that you have purchased from the iTunes store. Since you already had these songs on your iPhone, when you "merged" the information, you are now seeing the iCloud version as well. On your iPhone, you can change your view options to only show what is on your device. In the Music app on your iPhone, tap Library (lower left). Swipe to the bottom of the list of choices (Playlists, Songs, etc.) and you will see "Downloaded Music" There you will see "Showing only music on this iPhone."
