This makes me more effective in meeting my deadlines and weekly deliverables. The design options that come with software is out of the ordinary and impressive. Lucidchart also allows me to share my files with multiple users, making it an excellent tool for group projects. CONS: My team and I are always having issues in terms of editing and revising our work. We need to call CS to ask for assistance over simple matters, which shouldn’t be the case. Also, it needs to improve some of its existing features and functionalities so user experience would be more pleasant. Lucid allows me to keep track of our numbers and performance in just one glance. CONS: At times, when working with a wide range of pieces, it can be annoying. It'd be a plus to possess some kind of customized routed lines to be rounded. Or angles can be snapped to certain things. Having the baility to include extra bends in rounded/square lines would be a great addition! PROS: I like the intuitiveness of the Lucid chart. Other third party products entail plenty of time to learn and in keeping up with them. Lucidchart can give you a helping hand on what's current in your mind and make things (including yoursel) look fantastic. You won't have to spend too much time doing it. CONS: So far, nothing! I’m just thankful that their customer service is available at most times to help us sort things out. But there are a couple things I'm concerned about. I'm able to benefit from automated saved changes. Thing is, the functionality hindered me from going back to older versions. PROS: I am an old school type of person, so I'm not that familiar with other apps that can help me create visual reports quickly. Using Lucid has brought a lot of change in the way that I do things in the workplace. Usually, I would find it challenging to increase our sales and push for new products. The data that I'm getting from the source is reliable but difficult to understand by most people. Putting them into diagrams and flowcharts has made a big difference for our employees. Creating a visual representation of things causes more people to show interest in what is going on. It's easier for them to read the numbers and analyze trends without thinking out of the box. As a result, we've been getting more creative inputs from the team, which paved the way for more collaborative projects. CONS: I appreciate that Lucid allows users to integrate other apps into the system, but it's easier said than done. It took me longer than usual to learn this, but it's worth the sacrifice because I could do more things using this app alone.
