Hi Mark,Thanks for posting the video and including all that information. I see that you tried with versions 5.1.0 and 5.1.1, and they both had the same issue. I just tested on a Windows 10 64-bit machine, and I couldn't reproduce this issue. When I opened the Options window, the Load Keybreeze at Windows Startup option was checked. I could uncheck and check it, and it properly saved the registry setting.If you press the hotkey and type regedit to open the Registry, can you browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run? You should see an entry here for Keybreeze. If there is not an entry here, something is likely blocking Keybreeze from adding it, such as Windows permissions or possibly a third party security / registry monitoring application. Are you a local administrator on that machine?Let me know if you see the registry setting as shown in the attached screenshot. If it's not there, you can manually add it, but take a backup of the registry before making any modifications.
