17 Aug 2020 #8 This app that you installed the does something with the brightness....Did the problem begin right after you installed or did you install it in an effort to resolve this problem which was already happening?Something else to try - you might try running Windows in safe mode just to see if the same problem happens there. If it does, then we know that there is very likely an issue with software.By any chance, is there any way you could snap a picture of the screen to help us better understand what it is that you are seeing?
