Editors’ ReviewDownload.com staffMarch 25, 2025 Fallout Shelter is a post-apocalyptic building game that puts you in charge of rebuilding civilization in a vault. Eighteen years after its Windows debut, Fallout is finally available for iOS and coming soon to Android. Pros Simple yet immersive narrative: After a devastating nuclear war, much of the world is destroyed, and what's left is perilous. You're tasked with overseeing the construction of a new civilization in a state-of-the-art underground vault. You must maintain power for the facility and add, dress, feed, and placate workers to increase productivity, or increase procreation by putting men and women in the same room. If you're low on supplies like armor, weapons, or Caps (the game's currency), send workers out to collect. Easy to pick up: Even if you're entirely unfamiliar with the Fallout series, you'll quickly get the hang of this game. Just click Create Vault, choose a vault number, and start building by clicking the green hammer. Action: The game throws in random disasters -- fire, Radroach outbreaks, raider attacks -- to test your vault and keep you on your toes. Retro graphics: The retrofuturistic graphics are reminiscent of 1950s, atomic-age civil-defense films and are very cool. Help: Fallout Shelter gets you going with a thorough introduction and plenty of helpful hints. Cons No Portrait mode: You can play Fallout Shelter only in Landscape mode. Sticky controls: We often found it difficult to drag and drop characters into the vault or from room to room. Microtransactions are necessary: You can send your workers out to collect loot, but if you want the best weapons, armor, and dwellers, you'll have to pay for them by buying lunch boxes. You can win lunch boxes early in the game, but that opportunity is short-lived. Bottom Line Fallout Shelter immerses you

Released On: Jun 14, 2015 My Score Hover and click to give a rating Saved Fallout Shelter is an endlessly engaging mobile title that gives you plenty to do without overwhelming you with menus and meters. It has both of those things aplenty, but you’re always in control. This game will charm you while challenging you. Fallout Shelter is not a big, complex and ambitious game but it works great as a way to kill some time before Fallout 4. It's fun, atmospheric, offers lots of good gameplay and simply put - keeps you glued to your screen. You can't expect much more from a typical mobile game aimed at a mass audience. [SPOILER ALERT: This review contains spoilers.] Fallout Shelter is a addictive game that u will never missed each day when u start playing it, but the design are absolutely great and this isn't like u will spend everything and u gotta use some things wisely, the quests are great and I like the new enemies, also the pets are the best, so I give this a 9/10 This new iOS game is just like The Sims and other similar simulators, but it´s set in a post-apocalyptic world full of missions and duties to do. Fallout Shelter is an interesting game until you reach the fifty dweller mark. After that, the game gets easy and monotonous. While it could have exploited fans at every turn like EA tried to do with Dungeon Keeper, it's actually a nice little way to spend an afternoon while you wait for Fallout 4 to come out in November. Just don't expect anything particularly exciting, as it is slightly skewed towards enticing you to spend money on it -- lest you wait to enjoy it in short spurts. Fallout Shelter is a fantastic and interactive diorama full of nods to the franchise that make any fan smile. At the same time, it provides a pleasant experience for anyone who has ever heard the name of the series. An exceptionally uncreative piece of schlock. The game is just amazing. I love play this game. For me this game is amazing ! Nothing more to comment because this game is amazing !
