The bass and the rhythm stuck with me, also it’s simply very fun to play. Sometimes I feel like I’m part of the people who are slightly exhausting the genre though, which is why I tend to stay away from labelling it dub. Live at Meakusma Festival 2024 — This recording of the amazing live performance by Giulio Erasmus & The End Of The Worm beautifully captures the investigative and unforgiving nature of all the instrumentalists that were on stage on that warm night last August in Eupen, Belgium. Son of Alan Erasmus—Factory Records co-founder—Giulio carries forward a legacy of boundary-pushing sound, drawing deep inspiration from the raw energy of early ’80s UK counterculture and the immersive spirit of sound-system culture, blending both in a uniquely modern way.A legacy of boundary-pushing soundGiulio Erasmus, a dynamic force in the music scene, is both a member of the influential D.U.D.S and Handle. In 2021, he unveiled his debut solo album Re-Adjustment, followed by his sophomore release Second Attempt in 2024, available through Mangel. Where did you grow up—Manchester? Why did you move from Manchester to Brussels?Giulio Erasmus :: In late 2019 I moved to Brussels, I’m still connected to Manchester but it became less so over time. I suppose Brussels felt like a place to explore new ideas. The atmosphere is to me shambolic and unpretentious and allows people to get away with a lot. It doesn’t particularly feel like there is one scene, people seem fairly open minded and dip in and out of the various musical soups. Up until now I’ve felt at home here. I’m part of a collective called RATTUS. We organize shows—which is I guess is my way of contributing to the musical microcosm here. There’s no doubt I’ve lifted a lot from English musical heritage, but I suppose my moods and influences have mutated from exposure to the low tech electronic music I’ve found here. However it’s not all whimsical, there’s a lot of quite serious experimental music around to keep the chin strokers happy!Your live band you play with now is Ex-Worm 3000. I saw you at the Meakusma festival with The End Of The Worm. What’s the difference between these two bands?Giulio Erasmus :: Ex-Worm 3000 is basically another name for the same group, although this time

Flatten the city unless it surrendered. Rotterdam capitulated, but the Luftwaffe bombed anyway. Some of the city's architecture is spectacular! Today, Rotterdam's most notable tourist attraction is the 605-ft-/184-m-tall Euromast Space Tower. Take the revolving, sit-down elevator to the top. From the tower you'll have a good view of the Erasmus Bridge, a modern suspension bridge nicknamed "the swan." The harbor, one of the busiest in the world, is a draw in itself, as is the nearby maritime museum. Another collection worth seeing is the Dutch, Italian and French art displayed at the Boijmans-van-Beuningen Museum. Half a day in Rotterdam is sufficient for most travelers. 336280 (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); --> Tours Excursions Transportation: The center of Rotterdam is very walkable. Enjoy a sightseeing ride in a beautiful historic tram along the new Central Station, the Market hall, the cube houses, along the Erasmus bridge, over Coolsingel, the old western part of Rotterdam and historic Delfshaven. A ticket for a day is available on board. With this ticket, you can hop on or off at all the stops along the route. The cruise port also offers a free shuttle to the Market Hall, an architectural designed masterpiece. All the year round Spido offers various fascinating harbor trips. The boats are across the Cruise Terminal, just cross the Erasmus bridge, a 10 minute stroll. Amsterdam is only 1 hour away by train. Was revealed to begin the slaughter was none other than the 23rd Armoured Company. So fiercely did Commander Trador press the assault on the Loyalists at the Drop Site Massacre, the 23rd Armoured Company suffered overwhelming losses, effectively ceasing to exist as a Chapter-level formation by the close of the operations. It is said that the Primarch's displeasure at Trador's self-imposed losses was so great, the commander was fortunate indeed to come away with his life. Instead of execution, Commander Trador, along with several hundred other officers and Legionaries who had earned Perturabo's censure, were ordered to gather what remained of their units and to take them out into the Urgall Wastes in pursuit of Loyalist survivors. It is doubtful if any arrangements to reunite these forces with the parent Legion were ever made and many historator-savants hold the belief that Perturabo had no expectation or desire to see them return. This ad hoc formation, known as "Armoured Purgation Group Trador", led the pursuit and extermination phases of the Drop Site Massacre aftermath and is thought to have accounted for several thousand Loyalist deaths. Trador's campaign of bitter slaughter came to an abrupt end when the force was ambushed by Raven Guard survivors in the depths of the Illium Rifts. The ultimate fate of Commander Trador himself is unknown, but it is certain that the last tank of the 23rd Armoured Company burned at the hands of the vengeful warriors of Corvus Corax.Captain Erasmus Golg - Captain of the Iron Warriors 11th Grand Company and commander of the starship Contrador during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy, following his Primarch's Edict of Decimation, Erasmus Golg stove to epitomise the ruthless efficiency Perturabo sought in his warriors.
