This is a huge change and directly impacts on your gaming experience ... on top of this the cells of interest do now use Sky Lighting, so you can see sun and moon phases inside the interior. Its a perfect copy of the outside, but with a fixed special interior weather (which is always sunny). The sun, lens flar, etc. all equals the exterior worldspace except for the interior lighting setup and image templates, etc. which still work like before.In the following a more detailed overview:Spoiler: ShowMost interior glass/windows have been disabled which allows player char to see the exterior world (LOD). However, when he glanced again and saw Hugo, the elderly man who was using the rocket launcher to aim at the mutated Hounders, he was sure that his eyes were not playing some tricks. The rocket launcher truly came out of nowhere and Shi Tian began to wonder if that was the current technology of this world. To be able to store a rocket launcher and pull it out without much effort, was a game-changing event. Under the watchful eyes of Shi Tian, Hugo fired off his rocket launcher, directly landing at the mutated Hounder. BOOOM! A loud explosion occurred, and just when everyone thought it was effective, the dust scattered away slowly, only to reveal the mutated Hounder completely unharmed. The mutated Hounder made a snorting sound and propelled itself toward Hugo, seemingly ready to retaliate against him for shooting a rocket launcher. "Hmph, a damn hound dares to show such a vicious glare and attack me?" Hugo sneered coldly, seemingly unfazed by the mutated Hounder launching toward him. Another shot was fired point blank at the mutated Hounder, and this time, the mutated Hounder seemed to have taken quite a toll. It was shot backward and blood began leaking from its flesh.
