Red Suit Killer: Christmas Serial Killer Story (Christmas Series

The most chilling read of the Christmas season. As the snow begins to fall, the body count begins to climb... DI James Walker is ready for a quiet family Christmas in the sleepy village of Kirkby Abbey. But when he opens an early Christmas present left on his doorstep, he soon realises it is no gift. Inside is a gruesome surprise, and a promise – twelve days, twelve murders. Not long after, the first body is found, half frozen in the snow. As the blizzards descend, panic spreads through the remote Cumbrian village – there's a killer amongst them, and with eleven more victims to go, anyone could be next.... Can James stop the killer before they strike again? The first in a new series, Alex Pine has written a dark, atmospheric crime novel, set in a snowed-in Cumbrian village, for fans of Val McDermid, Ross Greenwood and LJ Ross. Readers love Alex Pine's Christmas crime: 'This is by far the best book I've read all year. Top marks for storyline, pace and setting. Alex Pine always delivers a cracking Christmas treat. As far as I'm concerned the festive season would no longer be the same without a dose of Christmas crime in Cumbria!' Reader Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'Such a breath of wintery fresh air to the thriller genre.' Reader Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'This is the kind of book where you say just one more chapter, and before you know it, you have finished it.' Reader Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'I was desperate to get into this ... I was not one bit disappointed. It was fast paced and exciting. I found it hard to put it down.' Reader Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'I raced through it this weekend. Such a smart idea: twisty, warped, credible, brilliantly plotted and compelling. Deserves to be such a hit.'

CHRISTMAS KILLER - WE BRING CHRISTMAS TO LIFE

The other presents around it stay consistent though. Universal Pictures While rearranging packages in the mail room, the Grinch drops a yellow present on his left side.A second later, when the Grinch turns around, the package is no longer on the floor. But all the other scattered presents look the same. After Betty Lou Who uses all the lights in the house as decorations, Lou Lou Who uses a candelabra for light. All of their electricity went to their decorations. Universal Pictures When the Grinch prank calls the Lou Who family, Lou is holding a candelabra while he answers the phone. It's a small detail that shows that Betty Lou Who really used all the lights in the house as Christmas decorations, as is earlier implied when she even repurposes her chandelier.Cindy also uses a flashlight in her room on the same night. The Grinch's answering-machine message seems to reference a famous horror movie. It seems to be a reference to "Scream." Universal Pictures When the Grinch checks his answering machine, he listens to his outgoing message, which includes, "If you utter so much as one syllable, I'll hunt you down and gut you like a fish."The line seems to be a reference to "Scream," when the killer says into the phone, "You hung up on me again, I'll gut you like a fish." Only the first line of the newspaper article about the Grinch rhymes. The line rhymes like a Dr. Seuss book. Universal Pictures The first line of the newspaper article about the Grinch has the same rhyme pattern as the narration (and mimics Dr. Seuss' rhyming style), but the rest of the article is written in regular prose. The rhyming line is, "As the Christmas season draws excitingly near, someone spotted the Grinch we fear." The Grinch's Christmas drawing shows Santa's sleigh exploding. The flashback scene tells us a lot about the misunderstood villain. Universal Pictures During the flashback showing the Grinch as a child, he can be seen drawing a dark holiday picture. The image shows Santa flying out of an exploding sleigh pulled by reindeer, one of which appears to be wearing a cast. There is also a speech bubble from Santa's mouth saying he blames the elves for the sleigh's malfunction. The schoolbooks the children are seen with are about Christmas. The town is pretty obsessed with Christmas. Universal Pictures The children of Whoville learn about Christmas in school, and their classroom is fully decorated for the holiday. The building blocks in the back of the classroom seem to spell "merry," and one of the schoolbooks the children are holding is green and red with "Christmas" on the front. The invitation Cindy hands the Grinch doesn't have any information about where the celebration is. There's very little detail on the invitation. Universal Pictures Cindy Lou gives the Grinch an invitation that declares he's the Holiday Cheermeister. The invitation also reiterates that it's the 1,000th Whobilation celebration, as mentioned at the start of the movie. But there isn't any information about where. The Christmas Killer: Windsor, Patricia: :

It’s a bit of a dead period right now for video game news. All of the PR people are just coming back from vacation, and we’re still over a week away from our first major convention with PAX South. On the plus side, it gives me time to delve into my new itch.io obsession. On the downside, I’ve been spending a lot of time indulging in an unhealthy itch.io obsession. Most of the games aren’t great. But some stick with me.Case in point, Slay Bells. Why did Slay Bells stick with me? Is it because I have some kind of hatred for holiday mirth and want to see it corrupted in every way possible? Or maybe I’m just a big fan of the 2005 Christmas classic, Santa’s Slay? Or could it be that the Dread label put out it’s own Christmas horror movie also named Slay Belles? Who knows. I just like a killer Santa Claus. Don’t read too much into it. The premise of Slay Bells couldn’t be simpler. It’s Christmas Eve, and you’re out to deliver a present to someone important. On your way home, cops have blocked the streets, forcing you to take the underground home. Unfortunately, there’s an axe-wielding Santa lurking in the shadows. He tries to murder you, as axe-wielding Santas are want to do. You’ll have to run away, find weapons, and eventually defeat the crazed Kris Kringle. It’s a free game on itch.io, so don’t expect any Christmas miracles here. It’s as low-rez as you can get, with PS1 graphics if you squint. It’s only 20-minutes long without dying. But hey, it’s completely free. It’s charmingly silly and got a few good jumps out of me. So be nice and head on over to the game’s itch.io page and check it out. If you don’t, he’ll put you on the naughty list… Tags: blake mckinnon Christmas Horror free horror itch.io Slay Belles Slay Bells Categorized:Horror Gaming News

The Christmas Killer - Full Movie

Challenge. The original “Temptation” was indicative of K.R.I.T.’s 2012: solid but unspectacular, able if ultimately lethargic. This mix is hardly different in terms of production – it still glides along on its 80s b-horror vibe – but finds K.R.I.T. charging up the breaks before jacking his own original raps with a double-timed, back-flipping flow. It’s fantastic, and enough to actually outshine the contributions from Juicy J and Waka Flocka. These guys are hardly breaking a sweat here, but their dual presence is still welcome: it injects color into what was previously a gray cut, and K.R.I.T. actually goes even better when leveraging his creamy vocals off something more twisted and offbeat. “Temptation” reminds everyone of what made K.R.I.T. so promising in the first place. He should rest well this Christmas (with three full-length projects in the last 18 months he’s earned it) and make sure he returns (late) next year with the same sort of fire. — Matt Shea22. Killer Mike – “Reagan”On the day, Ronald Reagan died, Killer Mike threw a barbecue to celebrate the death of the celebrated conservative icon simply because he hated the man. He hated the man because his destructive domestic policies, contempt for minorities and the poor and neglect for America’s inner cities caused generations of African-American people to become lost in the cycle of a drug fueled prison industrial complex. Nearly a decade after Reagan’s death, the Republican presidential candidates engaged in series of seemingly endless debates that seemed less a sober political discussion. John Carpenter's Halloween changed the game for the horror genre. The director took a simple suspense premise, along with inspiration from films like Black Christmas and Psycho, and elevated it with relatable characters, clever visuals, a haunting score and a terrifying killer. The influential film bred several decades worth of imitators and a slew of disappointing sequels. There are numerous reasons why Halloween works as well as it does and why so many other slashers have failed to live up to its horror glory, but knife to their throat, these are the ten reasons any sane person would pick for why it's the greatest slasher movie of all time. 10 The Plot is Simple Image via Compass International Pictures / Aquarius Releasing When Irwin Yablans and Moustapha Akkad approached John Carpenter with the idea for Halloween, all they had was a simple concept of a killer stalking babysitters on the titular holiday. Carpenter enlisted Debra Hill to help him write the screenplay, and while they fleshed out the concept given to them, they knew well enough to keep it simple. The co-writers worked on separate aspects of the script, with Carpenter focused on the character of Loomis and Michael Myer's backstory and Hill on the teenage characters. They then melded their ideas into one cohesive script that is all killer no filler. It isn't padded out with uneccessary exposition or ridiculous subplots (those would be saved for the sequels). Halloween is a perfect example of economic storytelling that is as lethally efficient as its masked killer. 9 The Setting is Atmospheric Image via Compass International Pictures A horror film set on Halloween is a combination as perfect as the chocolate peanut butter cups that get handed out every October 31st. Its the holiday most suited for horror movies and the film manages to make the most out of it, despite some intrusive palm trees and the budget only allowing for a single bag of brown leaves. The late October atmosphere does a hell of a lot of heavy lifting for the movie and also is the perfect excuse to have a masked killer wander the sidewalks without a second glance. More than just the calendar date though is the suburban streets that fill out the film for the Shape to wander. Halloween wasn't the first, or last, film to bring horror to the suburbs but it's easily one of the
