— An Eagletown, Okla. man who won $500,000 on an Arkansas Scholarship Lottery scratch-off ticket claimed the prize this morning, vowing to give some to a church, use some for a new pickup truck and invest the rest.On his 28th birthday, Quanterrian Quincy Hunt turned in his winning $500,000 Jackpot ticket and received a check for $340,000 after taxes."All the dreams I've dreamed of in life, they've finally come true," a smiling Hunt said shortly after redeeming the ticket at lottery headquarters in downtown Little Rock.Hunt said he went to the EZMart in DeQueen Friday to get a drink but felt the urge to buy the $10 ticket once inside. He estimated he spends about $15 a week on lottery tickets. Hunt first thought he had won only $500 "and then the zeroes just kept appearing at the end," he said. It took about five minutes for the shock to wear off.Back at the poultry plant where Hunt works in maintenance, coworkers were skeptical at first.
