I used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, selecting the 4th option (CC Apps), but CC Cleaner tool didn't give me Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2025 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2025
Adobe CC Cleaner Tool (Not Responding)
Since November 2016, i have installed on my Win10 laptop, two CC 2017 trials: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. I haven't used them for a long time and now i can't uninstall them. When i go to Programs & Features menu and select Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 to uninstall, an error appears, saying: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HD Core\Uninstaller.exe'". So, i can't uninstall it.Inside Programs & Features menu, i see only Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 isn't listed there. On the other hand, both programs are listed inside Start menu.I downloaded the CC desktop app and it didn't recognize any installed CC apps. Then, i uninstalled it.I used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, selecting the 4th option (CC Apps), but CC Cleaner tool didn't give me Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 in the list of apps to clean up. Also, inside C:\Program Files\Adobe path, there are "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017" and "Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017" folders.Could you tell me, how do i completely uninstall both programs?. 2025-04-19Hello everyone! I opened Premiere Pro from my CC today and got an error as shown from the two screenshots. So, I tried the method of using Adobe's CC Cleaner Tool and followed the instructions by doing log collector tool and then the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool. I also checked the sync status and it was fine. I have the Core Sync files saved on my Document page in my File Explorer too. So when I did the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, I thought it'll work again after restarting my PC and reinstalling Premiere pro from Creative Cloud instead of installing them altogether. But somehow that didn't work so now I need a solution to the problem!I'm stressed and tired of this error constantly interfering with my editing. I really want to continue editing because it's fun for me and I get to share my creative ideas! But with this error, I can't do anything about it and it's really annoying me.So, if anyone has a solution please suggest them to me! I'd really appreciate it, thank you!
