NEW to OmniFocus? - Learn OmniFocus

Learn foundational skills for adding features to OmniFocus on iPhone, iPad, and Mac using Omni Automation Plug-Ins.Omni Automation is a technology that allows you to add functionality to OmniFocus on iPhone, iPad, and Mac using “plug-ins.” Omni’s other apps also support this technology, which can be a helpful way to create a bridge between OmniFocus and OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, and OmniPlan. This course will help you tap into Omni Automation’s power by using existing OmniFocus plug-ins, including those featured in our OmniFocus Plug-Ins Directory. It doesn’t assume any previous knowledge of Omni Automation and doesn’t require any programming skills. Please Note: OmniFocus Pro is required to use Omni Automation on Mac, iPhone, and iPad.This course was created using OmniFocus 3. We plan to release an updated course for OmniFocus 4. In the meantime, most of the content in this course applies to OmniFocus 4. We also introduce the basics of Omni Automation in OmniFocus 4: Beyond the Basics.Recommended PrerequisitesEspecially if you’re new to OmniFocus, it’s recommended that you go through the Start Smart with OmniFocus 3 course (or Start Smart with OmniFocus 4 if you’re using OmniFocus 4) before going through this course. You might also want to watch the recording of the OmniFocus 3: Beyond the Basics course (or OmniFocus 4: Beyond the Basics) to get better acquainted with OmniFocus’ more advanced features.
